1. Purpose and nature of the service

NearFor.me is a visibility and direct-connection platform between travellers and hospitality, dining and experience venues (hotels, b&bs, farm stays, holiday homes, restaurants, bars, activities). NearFor.me is not a booking intermediary: it does not sell rooms, tables or tickets, does not collect payments on behalf of venues and is not a party to contracts concluded between users and venues. Booking always stays off-portal and is completed directly with the venue, under its own conditions.

2. Platform operator

The platform is operated by EBIZZERS LTD, 13 Calla House, 7 Anthems Way, E20 1DF – London (United Kingdom of Great Britain), Registration Number: 10187232. The exclusive contact address is info@nearfor.me.

3. Access and accounts

Public browsing of listings is free. Some features (saving favourites, claiming a venue, business console, advertiser area) require an account. Registrants warrant the truthfulness of provided data, keep credentials safe and are responsible for activities carried out through their account. Fake accounts, multiple accounts to evade controls, or accounts on behalf of third parties without authorisation are forbidden.

4. Venue listings and claiming

Listings may be created by the operator from public information for visibility purposes. The legitimate manager of a venue may claim its listing and request corrections: descriptive data, indicative prices, contacts and availability remain the venue’s responsibility, which undertakes to keep them accurate and up to date. The operator may verify, correct or remove inaccurate, outdated or reported content, without notice in urgent cases.

5. Permitted and prohibited use

The platform may be used to search, compare and contact venues directly. It is forbidden to: publish false, defamatory or unlawful content; systematically copy the portal’s data and photos; circumvent technical security measures; use the service for spam, phishing or harassment; present yourself as a NearFor.me agent without written authorisation from EBIZZERS LTD.

6. Content and intellectual property

The brand, design, editorial texts and software of the platform belong to the operator or its lawful licensors and may not be reproduced without consent. Photos and descriptions supplied by venues remain theirs: by uploading them, the venue grants the operator a free, non-exclusive licence to publish them on NearFor.me for the purposes of the service.

7. Third-party links and services

Listings may contain links to venues’ external websites, phone numbers, chats and booking systems, as well as illustrative maps. The operator does not control such third-party services and is not responsible for their content, prices or data processing. Payments for platform plans and services take place on the payment provider’s external checkout pages: the operator never stores card numbers.

8. Plans, prices and withdrawal

Paid plans for venues and advertisers are described on the dedicated pages, with prices, duration and renewal shown before purchase. Unless the law states otherwise, fully performed digital services supplied with the buyer’s consent are not refundable; consumers in any case keep the mandatory rights granted by the law of their country of residence, including withdrawal rights where applicable.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”, with no warranty of uninterrupted availability or completeness of venue data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or outages depending on third parties (venues, network providers, maps, payments). Nothing excludes liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or rights the law declares non-waivable for consumers.

10. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or close accounts, listings or features in case of breach of these Terms, fraudulent use or authority requests, with notice where possible. Users may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion by writing to info@nearfor.me.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers resident in the European Union or other countries in any case retain the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence and may sue in their domicile courts where the law allows. Before any action, we invite you to seek an amicable solution at info@nearfor.me.

12. Changes and contact

The operator may update these Terms by publishing them on this page with a revision date; material changes will be highlighted with a dedicated notice and, for ongoing paid services, take effect at the next renewal unless accepted earlier.
